Telana Poe

Telana Poe grew up in a small mountain town in Ashe County, North Carolina, where she developed a passion for helping others on their worst days. Telana’s parents have always been her role models, who have dedicated themselves to helping others through their lifelong careers in rescue & EMS. She always knew she wanted to pursue a career that would allow her to follow in her parents’ footsteps and allow her the opportunity to advocate for those who have been injured. Telana is eager to lend a hand to those in need and is a driven individual which allows her to contest on behalf of clients to get them the compensation they deserve.

Telana is currently working with our pre-litigation team while also assisting veterans and their families exposed to toxic water contamination at Camp Lejeune receive compensation for their injuries.

Telana believes the key to Whitley Law Firm’s success is not based on any single person, but the efforts of the firm as a whole.

“No two cases are ever going to be identical. That’s why it’s essential to have a team that is innovative and determined to produce results for our clients. The Whitley Law Firm team operates as a community and strives to not only achieve the best outcome for cases, but also to treat every client with compassion and wholehearted care.”

Telana’s favorite part of her job is being a voice for those who have been silenced. Whether it be an insurance company or the federal government, Telana takes pride in demanding justice for her clients.

Outside of work, Telana can be found adventuring with her rescue pup, Ava, cheering on her Appalachian State University Mountaineers, or traveling to see her family.
