I don’t know where to begin this review for the Amazing Ben Whitley and Jocelyn Pettey. I could start by saying how quick they were to help with my case and how hard they worked but how would you determine they are different from any other law firm? Well, i would tell you that Jocelyn is one of the hardest working and friendliest woman I have ever encountered. She never delayed more than a few hours from returning emails or phone calls. She even works an occasional Saturday!. I would tell you also that Ben Whitley, who the wonder-woman Jocelyn aids, is genuine, kind and compassionate. Mr. Whitley will ACTUALLY believe your side and fight for you. He is not the snake-in-the-grass with a venomous-bite type of Lawyer. He is a good man, with good principles and believes in companies doing what is right by their client. My case was unique in that I two separate law firms working together to create a stronger case…to Ben’s suggestion… and it worked. I never thought I would win taking on a large government employer but in a way, I did, and in the quickest and the most stress free possible solution. In just a few short months, nearly a month and half, I watched the stress pour off me and hope regained. The Whitley Law Firm, Ben, his Father, Jocelyn, everyone will treat you like a member of their family and they stand up for their family!
