IB Day of Action Donation Drive
Whitley Law Firm is proud to have sponsored the fifth annual IB Day of Action where we hosted a donation drive that benefited local senior care facility, Falls River Court. The purpose of this donation drive was to gather items that can be used to help care for individuals at this senior care facility. November is National Alzheimer’s Disease Awareness Month and the goal of IB Day of Action is to help build awareness of this disease and assist care facilities across the U.S.
Every 66 seconds, someone in the U.S. develops Alzheimer’s disease and it’s the sixth leading cause of death in the U.S. Today, nearly 5.7 million Americans are struggling with Alzheimer’s disease.
As a personal injury firm located in Raleigh, Whitley Law Firm is dedicated to giving back to the community. Our firm would like to thank all who helped in supporting the IB Day of Action throughout the country and here in our local community.
Our donation drive was a wonderful success as we accepted in-kind donations such as blankets, scarves, and socks at our Raleigh office through November.
